EPS recycling process
- Expanded Polystyrene is generally 95% air and 5% plastic.
- Because air is removed from the material during the recycling process, for every 20 pallets of Expanded Polystyrene that is put the recycling process, we only get one pallet out.
- Every tonne of Expanded Polystyrene that is recycled by Rehab Recycle represents almost two 40-foot trailers of material diverted from landfill!
