Mobile Phone and Ink Recycling
Schools especially can benefit from Rehab Recycle's new service
Did you know that mobile phone penetration in Ireland is at 121% and that worldwide there are four times as many mobile phones as there are personal computers? In fact, the average person replaces their mobile phone every eighteen months.
These unused mobile phones can eventually end up in landfills which present an ongoing and negative impact on the world’s environment due to the toxic materials used in their manufacture.
Rehab Mobile Recycling offers you the chance to recycle your old or disused mobile phones in an environmentally-friendly, safe and secure manner. We can also recycle your old ink cartridges too!
Based at the Rehab Recycle facility in Kilkenny, this new service works with schools, colleges, local authorities, businesses and retailers to dispose of old or disused mobile phones and ink cartridges.
By recycling with us, you will also be directly supporting the employment of people with disabilities as Rehab Recycle currently employs 108 disabled people in its workforce.
Getting involved is easy – simply email mobilephones@rehabrecycle.ie for more details or if you have used products to send today you can freepost the items to; Rehab, Freepost FKK55, Hebron Road, Industrial Estate, Kilkenny Co Kilkenny.
